Processing time
Orders go to our supplier as soon as payment is confirmed. Suppliers dispatch within 3 business days under our service agreement.
If an order needs a manual check, we hold it and email you. We would rather delay a parcel than ship one we are not confident about.
Delivery estimates
The estimate shown on the product page is the carrier quote for your destination plus a small buffer. It is not a marketing number.
If our supplier cannot meet the published estimate, we stop selling that product rather than promise a date we cannot keep.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. It appears on your order page and by email once the parcel is dispatched, normally within 72 hours.
If a tracking number has not appeared after 72 hours, we chase the supplier automatically.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price shown. There are no fees added at checkout.
