Orders
An order is a request to buy. It is accepted once payment is confirmed and we have sent it to a supplier who can fulfil it.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund it in full. We do not hold your money for an order we cannot ship.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency indicated in the footer and include shipping. The total charged is the total calculated by our server at checkout.
If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an error, we will contact you before charging you.
Product information
We only publish product claims we can support. We do not make medical claims, and we do not describe products as certified, approved or tested unless we hold that evidence.
